These are great! Thank you for stopping by catnip and hopefully you clicked the link to her sister site Awakenings. The comments yesterday were quite interesting…some on fb, G+ as well as the blogs. Many aired their feelings similar to the posters…why DID Christopher Columbus receive ALL the credit? Wasn’t most of his time spent exploring islands in the Carribbean and eventually Cuba?
I love how you Celebrate Columbus Day. I’m quite sad that it is still a Federal Holiday–does not say much for us as a country.
