					<description><![CDATA[very interesting it can&#039;t be libel if the story is true, what is funny if there were true libel the injuried party could of gone to court to prove he is innocent, trouble is that goes against innocent until proven guilty. but he accused him of libel and in order to shut him down he would have to prove he intentionally printed a lie. very hard to prove a negative. anyway good thing there were still some sensible people on the jury.]]></description>
