Whether you have your own blog, and you want to drum up valuable backlink traffic; you don’t want to hassle of website upkeep, you just want to write; or you just want to try getting your feet wet in the blogging world, you have come to the right place.
Hankering for History is now accepting guest post. There is too much history to share, and one author simply cannot write about all of it!
If you want to write a guest post, fill out the comment section below so I can get in touch with you. If you think you might want to be a regular contributor, mention that as well.
A great advantage to guest posting on Hankering for History is that this site is not exclusively about one particular topic. This is not a niche site; any and all history is welcome.
The only expectations I have are as follows:
- Write quality content. (If followed, Rule 3 should be easy for you.)
- Write original content. (See below for in-depth explanation.)
- Share your post with friends and family; you should be proud of it.
- Have fun with it, I do!
Original content. Yes, that means that what you write for Hankering for History shouldn’t appear on other blogs. However, if you write about a specific post on your blog (say an in-depth history on the Battle of Shiloh), then on Hankering for History, you could write about the events leading up to the Battle of Shiloh, and end it with a link to your site where readers can read about the battle to ensue, I am okay with that. Articles should be at least 400 words, educational, and interesting.
Make sure you check out all the guest post at Hankering for History!
